According to the one document that I have, Patrick McCormack is the name of Michael's father. That document is the marriage record of Michael McCormack and Catherine Payne from Sept 1853. The record only gives the names of both fathers and NO other information about them. Other than the name of Michael's father, I have NO more information about him. I don't know where Patrick is from, when he was born, when he might have died, the name of Michael's mother or if Patrick had other children. I know that Michael, Patrick's son, was married in Kilkenny, Ireland and that Michael's son, William, was born in Kilkenny.
